Tristar Engineering designs and manufactures Pre Heaters or Pre Heating modules. Pre Heaters or Pre heating Heater are used to circulate hot water in Jacket water system when engine is in standby / ready to start condition. Generally these are used on ships or in places where the temprature is cold. Generation of instant heat by engines may damage the engine casting when the engine is in cold condition, hence it is always advisable to heat the engine through a Pre heating module and raise the body temprature and then start the engine.

Applications:

It ensures the prerequisite condition for the engine to start automatically
