Circulation Inline Heater instantly heat fluids that are passed through the unit. Upon exiting the heater, the fluids are consumed for their intended use and are not re-circulated. Inline heaters are usually electric and feature a high-output heat source. They provide enough heat to maintain temperature in a closed system and also impart enough heat to a fluid for immediate use. Specifications for in-line heaters include heater type, application, fuel or energy source, sleeve or sheath material, insulation options, and element type. Maximum temperature, maximum air flow, heating capacity, power requirements, and induction heater outputs are also important parameters to consider.
Inline Heater may be portable or fixed and are used in heating of oils or other viscous liquid to desired elevated temperature. Fuel oils are heated to pumping temperature or higher temperature for firing .Easy to handle, safe to operate.
Features:
Long trouble free service
Heating elements positioned close to the outside surface for maximum heat transfer, minimum core temperature and faster heating
Heating element supported on high quality ceramic and solidly packed magnesium oxide
Insulators made from typical properties of ceramics such as cordierite, steatite , etc.
Excellent physical, thermal and electrical properties
Easy replacement
Very low watt density on casing pipes ensures longer life of elements
Custom made to suit your requirements
Two thermostats one for Safety and another for Control
